Job summary

FAST CAREER RECRUITMENT PTE. Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics or marine operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Customer-oriented and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer order processing, verification and preparation.
• Coordinate with planners, booking agents, ship operators and customers to monitor supply schedules and vessel arrangements.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide suitable solutions and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
