Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse operative to support daily operations in Singapore. The role involves receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, and inventory control in line with standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, maintaining organized inventory, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Maintained accurate inventory records and reported stock discrepancies or missing items to Customer Service or supervisors.
• Verified incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists, ensuring goods were received in good condition.
• Checked outgoing shipments for accuracy before releasing them to transporters or export containers.
• Managed loading, unloading, and shipment handling activities.
• Ensured all inventory transactions were accurately recorded in the warehouse management system.
• Maintained picking and packing accuracy, including correct cargo measurements.
• Upheld warehouse cleanliness and ensured equipment was properly maintained.
