Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations and schedule orders between production teams and third-party providers.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of all shipments.
• Review, prepare, and route purchase orders in SAP and internal logistics systems.
• Monitor land and sea shipments, including cost, delivery timelines, documentation, and productivity.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve shipment delays or inventory-related issues.
• Track and review third-party vendor performance and support KPI monitoring.
• Validate and process supplier invoices for logistics and supply chain services.
• Perform goods receipt for monthly fixed and non-fixed charges.
• Prepare monthly closing reports.
• Support supply chain team with ad-hoc operational tasks and issue resolution.
