Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive in Singapore (Tampines). Responsibilities include receiving and verifying documents, coordinating shipment arrangements, ensuring orders are issued and billed, maintaining ERP records, stock transfers, and cycle counts.

You will work with cross-functional teams and communicate with customers via email, Teams, and phone to support order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify documents to ensure accuracy.
• Verify customer shipping requirements and coordinate suitable shipment arrangements.
• Ensure sales orders are issued and billing is completed accurately and timely with all supporting documents updated in the ERP system.
• Maintain documentation records in Excel and communicate updates to the operations team.
• Match packing documents against the Shipment Management System (SMS).
• Perform ERP transactions including Purchase Requests, Goods Receipt, and Stock Transfers.
• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validation and update inventory records in ERP system.
• Communicate with customers via email, Teams, and phone to support order fulfilment requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled smoothly.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or managers.

Our Client, is an established company providing packaging solutions and supply chain support services, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Operations Executive.

OTHER INFORMATION:

Location : Tampines
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM-5.30PM or 8.30PM-5.30AM (Monthly rotation)
Salary: $3300 + Bonus + OT (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
