Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Logistics Coordinator to support shipping and delivery operations.

You will coordinate with customers, freight forwarders and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments, prepare and process shipping documents, and handle stock inquiries with accuracy. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and qualifications such as Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Experience in logistics, shipping or freight forwarding is advantageous.
• Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders and warehouse teams on shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping and delivery documents.
• Handle customer enquiries on stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Basic Salary: $2,300 - $2,600

OT Payable

Yearly Salary Increment

Location: Tuas

Working Days: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)
