Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics-oriented professional to handle daily customer service and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments in the West region of Singapore.

You will receive orders, process delivery instructions, and liaise with warehouses, drivers, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries. Applicants should have a Diploma/Nitec/Higher Nitec in Logistics or related fields, with 1–2 years of experience in logistics or customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec/Higher Nitec in logistics or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or customer service preferred.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer service and logistics coordination for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Receive and process customer orders, delivery requests and shipment instructions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport teams, drivers and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide updates to customers.

Salary Package:

Basic $2400 - $2700

Work Location:

West - Company Transport provided

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri | 8.15am-5.45pm
• 12-hour Night Shift | 8pm-8am (Allowance $13/day)
