REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our growing freight forwarding and logistics team in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on experience with import/export shipments, freight coordination and customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate documentation while liaising with customers and overseas agents.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within freight forwarding, logistics or a related industry.
• Good understanding of import and export processes.
• Experience handling air and/or sea freight shipments; exposure to both advantageous.
• Familiar with Incoterms and their application to international shipments.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with customers, overseas agents and internal stakeholders.
• Independent, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a strong team player.
• Will ing to work overtime when operationally required.
