Our client is a Retail Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound logistics operations, including shipment arrivals, freight bookings, warehouse deliveries, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor shipment status, goods receiving, returns, and inventory accuracy, ensuring timely updates and resolution of discrepancies.
• Conduct warehouse visits, inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock takes to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy.
• Manage logistics documentation, invoices, purchase orders, reporting, and audit or customs-related requirements.
• Oversee B2C fulfilment and delivery performance, support promotional activities, collaborate with regional logistics teams, and drive process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Possessed 2 - 3 years of experience in logistics industry
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields
