• Monitor shipment status, goods receiving, returns and inventory accuracy with timely updates.
• Conduct warehouse visits, inventory audits, cycle counts and stock takes.
• Manage logistics documentation, invoices, purchase orders, reporting and compliance.
• Oversee B2C fulfilment and delivery performance and support process improvements.
