Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an ITE/ Diploma in Operations/Logistics and basic Excel skills, with willingness to travel between sites as required. This position offers growth within a dynamic warehousing and supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Operations/Logistics Management, or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Willing to travel between different work sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of operational projects.
• Coordinate with different departments to support project activities.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers when required.
• Support the team in monitoring daily operations and project progress.
• Follow up on project tasks, timelines and outstanding issues.
• Assist in identifying operational issues and areas for improvement.
• Prepare simple project schedules, updates and relevant documents.
• Assist with collecting and organising operational data and reports.
• Assist in preparing updates and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
