Job summary

LTH Logistics (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and customer requirements, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role involves coordinating with Customer Service, Traffic and Warehouse teams, monitoring activities, performing cycle counts, processing inbound/outbound shipments, and ensuring HSSE standards and regulatory compliance across all warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse operations on assigned floors following established procedures and customer requirements
• Monitor daily warehouse activities, conduct cycle counts and stock takes, and audit inventory to maintain accuracy
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Traffic, and Warehouse teams to improve operational collaboration
• Ensure adherence to HSSE procedures and regulatory compliance in all warehouse activities
• Perform administrative tasks to process daily inbound and outbound shipments accurately in the system
• Prepare and submit timely reports related to warehouse activities as required
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements through good work practices
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned
