Job summary

ST Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Specialist for Warehouse and Cold Chain Management. The role involves general warehouse operations with safe and efficient handling of goods, asset management, and transaction documentation. You may work rotating shifts and handle heavy loads.

Responsibilities include process improvements, data handling, and supporting shipping and receiving activities within the warehouse. SAP/WMS familiarity and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O Levels or NITEC is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP/WMS and MS Office.

• Perform loading, unloading and arrangement of warehouse cargo and items.

Job Summary

The Logistics Specialist - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for performing general warehouse operations and activities. He/She performs warehouse operations in adherence to procedures, and the safe and efficient operations of goods and equipment.

He/She performs deliveries, asset management and transaction documentation process, and performs the secure handling of goods. He/She also supports implementation of improvement opportunities within the warehouse operations.

He/She may be required to work in rotating shifts and be able to carry heavy loads.

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

• GCE N/O Levels / NITEC
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations

• Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Proficiency in basic MS Office Applications
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and able to stand for long hours.
• Good team player, able to work well independently and in a team
• Fork Lift licence is preferred.

• Identify operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs
• Assist in application of methods and techniques to handle dangerous goods
• Assist in application of methods and techniques to handle time and temperature-sensitive cargo

• Perform transhipment and transloading operations
• Comply with height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, and arranging items on pallets according to storage plans
