Job summary

ST Logistics in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Specialist - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management to manage general warehouse operations and ensure safe, efficient handling of goods and equipment.

The role involves deliveries, asset management, and documentation, with opportunities to support improvement initiatives within warehouse operations. You may work rotating shifts and handle heavy loads.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Forklift licence is preferred.

• Perform warehouse operations in accordance with 5S (sort, set, shine, standardise, sustain) techniques
• Identify operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs
• Assist in application of methods and techniques to handle dangerous goods
• Assist in application of methods and techniques to handle time and temperature-sensitive cargo
• Perform transhipment and transloading operations
• Comply with height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, and arranging items on pallets according to storage plans

Job Summary

The Logistics Specialist - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for performing general warehouse operations and activities. He/She performs warehouse operations in adherence to procedures, and the safe and efficient operations of goods and equipment.

He/She performs deliveries, asset management and transaction documentation process, and performs the secure handling of goods. He/She also supports implementation of improvement opportunities within the warehouse operations.

He/She may be required to work in rotating shifts and be able to carry heavy loads.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and able to stand for long hours.
• Good team player, able to work well independently and in a team
• Fork Lift licence is preferred.
