Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehousing and inventory management experience.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of transportation operations (import/export processes preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Logistics Control Tower, overseeing end-to-end coordination.
• Plan and manage daily logistics operations to support site requirements.
• Provide administrative support and prepare operational reports.
• Track and monitor import/export shipments and processes.
• Ensure proper documentation governance for submission, filing, and audits.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to meet expectations and logistics needs.
• Handle customer feedback and coordinate internal actions for resolution.
• Coordinate third-party transporter scheduling for delivery and pickup.
• Monitor capacity planning for transportation resources (land and sea).
• Generate and file documents for delivery purposes.
• Update and compile logistics related reports.
• Ensure compliance with import/export, safety, storage, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Operations team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
