Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a full-time warehouse operator in Singapore. Candidates will be responsible for various warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, packing, and releasing of goods, while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality processes.

The role also involves updating customers on orders, coordinating with vendors for permit declarations, and maintaining equipment in good working condition. This position requires a proactive approach and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with all warehouse related safety, quality, and operating processes.
• Perform all warehouse activities: receiving, sorting, put‑away, picking, packing, and releasing of goods.
• Correct and timely processing of orders in WMS.
• Update customers on packing references, details, and documents via email or WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with vendor for permit declaration.
• Operate all lifting equipment safely when authorized by the company.
• Maintain daily warehouse housekeeping.
• Operate the MHE for sorting, put‑away, picking, packing, and relocation after training.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly cycle counts or annual stock counts.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Report to the supervisor all inbound and outbound non‑conformances.
• Perform all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct stock movements per superior instruction.
• Carry out any other duties in the warehouse as instructed by the superior.
