Job summary

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of transportation operations (import/export processes preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to support operational needs beyond regular office hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Logistics Control Tower, overseeing end-to-end coordination.
• Plan and manage daily logistics operations to support site requirements.
• Provide administrative support and prepare operational reports.
• Track and monitor import/export shipments and processes.
• Ensure proper documentation governance for submission, filing, and audit purposes.
• Liaison between company and suppliers & customers in meeting expectations and logistics services support.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate internally for action and resolution.
• Arrange and follow up with 3rd party transporter on goods delivery and collection.
• Capacity planning for logistics resources in transportation (land and sea).
• Generate relevant documents from system for delivery purposes.
