Job summary

EduCare Specialist Services is hiring for a Warehouse Operative in Singapore, based at Jurong or Woodlands. The role involves daily inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching, with safety and accuracy as priorities.

You will use ERP/WMS systems such as SAP to update inventory records, perform stock checks, reconcile variances, and prepare orders for shipment.

Qualifications

• Understanding freight booking processes and logistics workflows.
• Proficient with ERP and WMS (SAP) for inventory and order management.
• 1–2 years experience in the logistics industry.
• Pallet Jack/Reach Truck/Stacker experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, sorting, dispatching.
• Ensure accurate handling, labeling and storage of inventory per procedures.
• Update inventory records using WMS or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and reconcile where needed.
• Prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load/unload goods safely following safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Job description

Working Hours (to choose):

Morning Shift: 8am to 5:30pm

Mid Shift: 1pm to 10pm

Night Shift: 8pm to 5:30am

Working Location:

Jurong or Woodlands (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)

This is a permanent role directly with our client.

Salary from $2000 to $2500 with Performance Bonus, AWS and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Possess a good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
• Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Pallet Jack, Reach Truck or Stacker experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height.
