Job summary

Educare Human Capital is recruiting for a warehouse operative in Singapore. You will manage daily inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching goods in a fast-paced environment.

We require 1–2 years in logistics, proficiency with ERP/SAP/WMS for inventory control, and familiarity with pallet jacks or reach trucks. Working hours include multiple shifts; on-site role with shuttle options.

Qualifications

• Experience with freight booking processes and logistics systems.
• Proficient using ERP and SAP/WMS for inventory and orders.
• 1–2 years in the logistics or warehouse sector.
• Pallet jack/reach truck experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, sorting and dispatching.
• Ensure accurate handling, labeling and storage of inventory per procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using WMS or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts and assist in reconciliation.
• Prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Load and unload goods safely following safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Job description

Working Hours (to choose):

Morning Shift: 8am to 5:30pm

Mid Shift: 1pm to 10pm

Night Shift: 8pm to 5:30am

Working Location: Jurong or Woodlands (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)

This is a permanent role directly with our client.

Salary from $2000 to $2500 with Performance Bonus, AWS and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Possess a good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
• Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Pallet Jack, Reach Truck or Stacker experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height.
