Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in import/export, 3PL, supply chain or logistics is advantageous.
• Customs competency test certification is an advantage.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and language proficiency.
• Computer literacy with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs functions and permit declarations, including duty permit applications.
• Review supplier pricing, invoices and trade documentation for accuracy.
• Apply for and process Letters of Credit as required.
• Support import/export and logistics documentation per requirements.
• Verify information and ensure timely submission of declarations; perform ad-hoc duties.
