Job summary

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Shipping Support: Prepare and manage shipping documents, delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices. Coordinate dispatches with drivers, carriers, and external vendors.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movement, and assist with regular physical stock checks.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Perform data entry and generate inventory reports.
• General Administration: Handle emails, phone inquiries, filing and provide support for day-to-day operation.
