Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Operations professional to join our team on a permanent basis. You will develop and maintain service levels with customers and manage consolidation data in Breakbulk and ETBF systems.

The ideal candidate has basic PC and WMS knowledge, a positive attitude, and a hands-on approach to daily tasks, including preparing reports and handling shipment documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic PC knowledge required.
• Basic WMS knowledge required.
• Positive working attitude and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent service levels with internal and external customers.
• Set up and maintain breakbulk files, including all relevant documents and records for consolidation.
• Contact the origin office via fax and email for relevant shipment/consolidation matters.
• Enter all relevant consolidation data into the Breakbulk system.
• Update delivery order (DO) or proforma invoice (PI) information in the ETBF system, based on documents that are complete and signed by customers.
• Prepare monthly reports covering import, export and delivery status.
• Photocopy CCP documents for customer billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations team
