EPOS SHIPPING & LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a systematic Shipping & Documentation Officer to join our freight forwarding team.

You will manage logistics paperwork, billing, and coordinate with customers and carriers to ensure accurate documentation for exports and select imports. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven freight forwarding experience.
• Strong systematic thinking to map workflows and catch errors.
• Proficient in navigating major ocean carrier websites for schedules, bookings, and document submission.
• Good English communication for global coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management under deadlines.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify sailing schedules and secure container bookings.
• Prepare export quotations for international and local shippers.
• Create and verify shipping instructions and Bills of Lading.
• Track Bill of Lading corrections to prevent delays.
• Verify export permits for customs compliance.
• Prepare other documents: Subsidiary Certificate, PSIC, Certificate of Origin, Insurance.
• Check carrier invoices for accuracy and issue invoices.
• Meet carrier and internal cut-off timelines.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate small-volume FCL imports from arrival to delivery and return empty containers.
