Job summary

VISIONPOWER SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics specialist in Singapore to oversee import and export activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will manage documentation, licensing, and coordination with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to guarantee timely delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business, Engineering or STEM.
• Minimum 3 years in import/export operations, shipping docs, logistics or procurement.
• Experience in semiconductor procurement is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international customs and trade regulations.
• Apply for and maintain all relevant import and export licenses and permits.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and other required documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee shipping-related billing and payment processes, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely financial transactions.
• Maintain an organized document control system to ensure shipping and logistics records are accurate, up to date, accessible, and compliant with company policies and relevant standards.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and transportation arrangements with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and other service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, and other logistics issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirement

• Experience in procurement processes within the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
