Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior supply chain leader to architect and drive end-to-end supply chain strategies. You will mentor a diverse team, build robust processes, and partner with Sales, Engineering and Finance to deliver on ambitious growth plans.

You will oversee demand planning, S&OP, supplier relations, and inventory optimization while maintaining strong governance and compliance across global operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or logistics management.
  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor supply chains, component sourcing, production planning, and customer fulfilment processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and KPIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence business decisions at all levels.
  • Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with growth objectives and operations.

  • Manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
  • Drive inventory accuracy and establish control practices.
  • Monitor global supply chain trends, regulations, and market conditions.
  • Develop contingency plans for disruptions and risks.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Leadership to support goals.
  • Support new product introductions, customer programs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze operational data and market trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Drive cost reduction and efficiency programs across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and operational requirements.

  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams to support business goals.

Requirements
