in Singapore is seeking an experienced Logistics Procurement professional to coordinate shipment movements, liaise with freight forwarders, and ensure timely import/export operations across air, sea and land. You will monitor customs compliance, track milestones, coordinate with warehouse teams, audit shipping costs, and provide transparent updates to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of procurement, team management or cost-saving projects.
• Diploma or professional qualification required.
• Ability to motivate team members.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Word and Excel.
• Main HQ is in Taiwan, reporting work is required.

Responsibilities

• Shipment management: coordinate and monitor movement of goods.

Descriptions

• Shipment Management: Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, including domestic transport and international import/export shipments via air, sea, and land.
• Freight & Forwarder Liaison: Book shipments and build strong working relationships with freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers (3PL), and couriers to secure competitive rates and reliable service.
• Customs & Trade Compliance: Prepare and verify critical shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) ensuring full compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Milestone Tracking: Track shipments from departure to final delivery, proactively resolving customs delays, transit bottlenecks, or delivery discrepancies.
• Warehouse Coordination: Partner closely with the warehouse team to schedule incoming/outgoing deliveries, optimize loading schedules, and ensure accurate inventory receiving.
• Cost Tracking & Optimization: Verify logistics invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and audit shipping costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Customer & Vendor Service: Provide regular, transparent shipping updates to internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Production) and external customers regarding delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry.
• Relevant Professional Qualification or a Diploma
• Ability to work along with and motivate team members
• Good communication and presentation skills in word and excel
• Main HQ is in Taiwan, reporting work is required.
