Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse and shipping operations.

You will verify shipment contents against documents, handle picking and packing, and assist in data entry into the ERP system. The role requires at least O level, 3 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a Class 3 driving license with forklift certification. The position offers stable full-time work with emphasis on accuracy and safety, and opportunities in coordinating

• Min O level and above
• Min 3 years of working experience as Logistic Assistant
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift Licen

Responsibilities

• In charge in rejecting damage items and record discrepancies.
• Responsible for verifying shipment content against shipping documents provided.
• Responsible for assist in material picking against pick list and packing of outbound shipments.
• Responsible for the Data entry into ERP system.
• Taking charge of assisting Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
• Visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
• Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/device to move, convey, or hoist materials or products
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area
