Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics support staff to verify shipment contents, assist in picking and packing outbound shipments, and record discrepancies. The role also involves data entry into the ERP system and coordinating with logistics providers for shipment collection.

The candidate will operate lifting equipment such as forklifts, maintain good housekeeping, and report any defects or unusual situations promptly.

Qualifications

• Min GCE ‘O’ level and above.
• Min 3 year of experience in ERP systems, lifting devices and MHE.
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.

• In charge of rejecting damage items and record discrepancies.
• In charge of data entry into ERP system.
• Responsible in assisting Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
• In Charge of the visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
• Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/devices to move, convey, or hoist materials or products, following the training provided.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘O’ level and above
• Min 3 year of experience in ERP systems, lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
