Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics associate to verify shipping contents against documents, assist in picking and packing outbound shipments, and record discrepancies in the ERP system.

You will operate forklifts and other MHE, maintain good housekeeping, and coordinate with logistics providers for shipment collection. Minimum O-level, 3 years ERP/MHE experience, and Class 3 driving plus forklift licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level and above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ERP systems and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipment contents against shipping documents.
• Assist in picking and packing outbound shipments.
• Reject damaged items and record discrepancies.
• Data entry into ERP system.
• Coordinate with logistics provider for shipment collection.
• Visually inspect materials for defects and report abnormalities.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
