Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistic Assistant to support warehouse operations. You will receive goods, verify Delivery Orders, and maintain stock accuracy within the system.

This role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and a valid forklift license. The position is on-site with a 5.5-day work week and offers overtime, AWS, and a performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods from customers.
• Check Delivery Orders (DO) against received items (quantity, part number, description, physical condition).
• Update stock in system and arrange goods in designated storage locations; conduct stock count.
• Pick and pack items per Delivery Order; coordinate with drivers/forwarder.
• Issue process sheet and COC (if required).
• Liaise with Purchasing, Production, QC, Suppliers / Customers as needed.

Salary: $2000 - $2500 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Working Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Saturday)
