Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Input and update inventory data promptly in the system (e.g., stock levels, stock adjustments).
• Data verification with internal teams and reconcile discrepancies to ensure system accuracy.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize errors and loss.
• Manage Inventory Level and balance supply and demand.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and excess stock.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply and demand.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Generate regular inventory reports with metrics (stock turnover, inventory value, stockout rates).
• Identify trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and support decision-making.
• Administrative export duties support, including billing and documentation follow-up.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP SAP and Advanced Excel.
