Job summary

Conrad Singapore Marina Bay is seeking a Lobby Lounge Captain to supervise the Waiters/Junior Captains and ensure service excellence in the outlet, coordinating with kitchen and bar to deliver flawless guest experiences.

You'll train and motivate the team, welcome guests, take orders, handle cash, and maintain brand standards while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Hospitality experience and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage and/or hospitality industry.
• Cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in teams or alone.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Waiters/Junior Captains in the outlet to ensure services meet brand standards.
• Train, motivate, and discipline the team; ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner and take/deliver orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar; manage tasks and inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cash handling procedures.
