Job summary

Aloft Singapore Novena is seeking a Bar Captain to oversee daily bar operations, ensure excellent guest service, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area, with opportunities to assist restaurant services when required.

You will lead service staff, develop beverage knowledge, operate POS, and uphold safety and SOPs while delivering a vibrant guest experience in a lively hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Guest service excellence required.
• Ability to handle alcohol and maintain bar SOPs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure efficient guest service.
• Check bar and inventory stock, maintain cleanliness per SOPs.
• Prepare and serve beverages to standard and upsell using suggestive selling techniques.
