Job summary

Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Express Katong is seeking a Lobby Host / Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Katong property. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, and promote seasonal packages while upholding brand standards across IHG properties.

The role requires strong communication and guest service skills, experience with OPERA/StayPlease PMS, and a commitment to safety and OH&S guidelines. Join a team that values hospitality and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N/O' Levels or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and staff.
• Ability to read and write English and use hotel PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cashier float and prepares accurate daily cash reports.
• Performs account balancing and audit preparations in an orderly fashion.
• Upsells package options to enhance RevPAR and total revenue.
• Greets guests, learns and uses names, and delivers friendly service.
• Checks in/out and rooms guests per procedures; logs data in the reservation system.
• Assists guests with safety box usage and handles guest requests.
