Job summary

Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong are hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a helpful attitude to assist guests and colleagues in daily operations.

Your responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restocking supplies, handling laundry tasks, and ensuring brand standards are met in line with hotel requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests, colleagues and third parties.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Primary education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, linen rooms and cupboards to brand standards.
• Carry out valet services including delivery of linen and processing laundry orders.
• Replenish guest supplies and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain daily room checklists and portion linen counts with accuracy.
• Adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards and assist guests as needed.
