Job summary

TikTok LIVE's Service & Experience internship offers practical exposure to live streaming customer experiences. You will analyze user feedback, help optimize service processes, and contribute to data-driven reports while collaborating with product and R&D teams.

Candidates should be pursuing an Undergraduate/Master’s in Business/Marketing/Communications or related technical field, with proficiency in SQL/Excel and English/M Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in a related field.
• Strong data awareness and analytical skills; SQL/Excel proficiency.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Insight & Analysis: Monitor multi-channel user feedback and use data to identify gaps and root causes.
• Process Development: Support service process optimization and draft actionable SOPs.
• Optimization Facilitation: Build data-driven reports and work with product/R&D to drive resolution.
• Project Support: Assist in user research, competition analysis, and daily data reporting.
