Job summary

TikTok LIVE Team in Singapore is seeking an undergraduate or master's student intern to help build and optimize broadcaster operations for LIVE scenarios. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver features from ideation through design, development, testing, launch and performance measurement.

You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, user feedback and feature delivery on a global platform, while collaborating with engineers, product, and design to create value for creators

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree in a technical field.
• Strong data analysis skills to derive insights from user feedback.
• Willingness to work onsite and start immediately for 12 weeks.
• Strong sense of responsibility to drive feature launches and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance broadcaster operation platform capabilities for LIVE scenarios.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features from ideation, design, development, testing, launch to performance measurement.
• Establish data metrics and monitor efficiency of modules; drive innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering, algorithm, operations and design on platform capabilities and adoption.
