Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Able to start ASAP, and commit at least 3 months, 5 days/week.
• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve LIVE ecosystem governance tools and strategies.
• Develop user education strategies to promote positive engagement and prevent violations in the livestreaming community.
• Analyze livestreaming trends, governance challenges, and user behavior to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, Algo, and Data teams to enhance governance efficiency and drive product iterations.
• Assist in the rollout of governance features and policies, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
