Job summary

TikTok is offering an internship in Global Operations focused on User Service & Experience for TikTok Live. You will join the Service & Experience team to analyze user feedback, help improve livestream experiences, and assist with SOP development and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline.
• Strong data awareness and analytical skills; proficient in SQL/Excel; logical thinking; ability to independently draft high-quality SOPs and reports.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin. The Chinese language requirement is mainly for collaboration with Chinese partners.

Responsibilities

• Insight & Analysis: Monitor multi-channel user feedback, apply data analysis to pinpoint experience gaps and root causes.
• Process Development: Support service process optimization, draft and iterate clear, actionable SOPs.
• Optimization Facilitation: Build data-driven reports, collaborate with product and R&D teams to drive issue resolution and closure.
• Project Support: Assist in user research, competition analysis, and daily data reporting.
