Job summary

TikTok LIVE Team is seeking interns for a 6-month internship to support real-time content experiences. This role offers hands-on exposure to industry challenges and opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting.

Interns will gain practical experience, industry exposure, and chances to participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so apply early.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Commitment of 6 months with at least 3 days on-site per week.
• Strong organizational abilities with multitasking across tasks.
• Proactive, solution-focused communicator with a passion for helping others.
• Meticulous attention to detail and reliability in task execution.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with global content trends and user behavior differences, and assist the team in analyzing user needs and supporting product strategy.
• Support the development and refinement of data monitoring systems, and take part in user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data analysis to inform product decisions.
