Responsibilities

Develop and refine livestream monetization policies; draft clear policies and procedures.
Maintain policy documentation and ensure up-to-date references for internal teams.
Conduct policy research on regulatory developments and industry best practices.
Analyze data to identify risks and mitigate content risks in LIVE monetization.
Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Operations for policy rollout and alignment.
Monitor policy effectiveness using KPIs and gather feedback for improvements.
Support policy training materials for content reviewers on livestream monetization.
