Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Laboratory Admin Assistant (LIMS) in the West of Singapore near Gui Circle MRT. The role is permanent, five days a week (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm) with AWS, a variable bonus, medical claim, dental, and transport allowance.

The successful candidate will handle quotations, testing services, and sample status while registering samples in LIMS and coordinating local/international sample logistics.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination or lab operations.
• Strong customer communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working with LIMS, CRM or similar databases.
• Experience in laboratory or environmental services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries on quotations, testing services, sample status and submission requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer projects and provide timely updates.
• Register and maintain client samples accurately in LIMS.
• Coordinate local and international sample collection, shipment and delivery to lab partners.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records in LIMS, CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate re-testing, analyses, OOS investigations and service requests with lab teams.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
• Support new client onboarding and guidance on submission processes.
• Prepare and monitor service KPIs including turnaround time and levels.
• Support process improvement initiatives and other duties.
