• Communicate confirmation of sample receipt to clients and distribute related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate sample tracking and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist in training junior staff and monitor workload priorities.
• Ensure a clean, safe laboratory environment and proper inventory control.
