LIGHTWAY HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks a Service Supervisor to lead technicians responsible for servicing, repair, and modifications of lift and escalator equipment. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and performance monitoring.

You will plan servicing schedules, manage a roster for on-call support, and provide leadership and technical guidance to the team. Diploma holders with 2–3 years in supervision are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Diploma in mechanical/electrical/mechatronic engineering required.
2-3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
Willingness to be rostered for 24/7 on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians for servicing, repair, modification, and callback of equipment.
Be the customer’s point of contact for feedback or requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor equipment performance and address problems to hit targets and drive improvements.
Plan and monitor chargeable and non-chargeable works, servicing schedules, and callback rosters.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to subordinates and obtain required resources.
Prepare training for maintenance field staff to ensure best practices are followed.
Communicate with inter-department staff to resolve issues and report to Section Head.
