UNION JACK ELEVATOR PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to service elevators and moving walks. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspect for wear and safety issues, diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control faults, and replace defective components to keep systems running smoothly.

You will also respond to service calls, test equipment post-repair, complete service reports, and ensure safety compliance with all regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on escalators and moving walks.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, defects, or potential safety issues.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
• Carry out repairs and replacement of defective components.
• Respond promptly to service calls and breakdowns.
• Test equipment after maintenance or repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Complete service reports, maintenance checklists, and other required documentation.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.
• Liaise professionally with customers, site personnel, and supervisors.
• Report major faults, safety concerns, and recommendations to management.
• Participate in emergency call-back duties and after-hours standby when required.
• Attend technical training to stay updated on industry standards and equipment technology.
