• Diploma in Mechanic/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering is required.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Willing to be rostered for 24/7 on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians to service, repair and maintain equipment.
• Be main point of contact for customer feedback and requests.
• Monitor performance, plan servicing schedules and callbacks.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to staff.
• Procure materials and resources as required.
• Conduct training to ensure best practices.
• Handle office admin tasks and inter-department communication.
• Report to Section Head on operations.
