DKSH Singapore is seeking a Product Manager (Sales) Life Science to be a customer-facing member of the Technical Sales team, building relationships with KOLs and driving revenue growth through tailored scientific instrumentation solutions. You will develop sales strategies, forecast budgets, manage activities, and collaborate with Marketing to generate leads while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Biotechnology or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and molecular biology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management with ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong customer focus and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets in Singapore.
Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets and update on pipeline progress.
Monitor progress of sales activities across assigned businesses and territories.
Identify and implement customized solutions based on market trends.
Research and engage potential clients to close sales and expand the customer base.
Drive improvements in sales processes and customer satisfaction to exceed targets.
Build relationships with customers including KOLs to achieve business objectives.
Partner with Marketing to design outreach initiatives and roadshows to generate leads.
Handle administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
