Job summary

Pacific Licensing Studio Private Limited is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager, Licensing Sales to drive revenue through category management, client servicing and strategic partnerships in Singapore. You will plan, budget and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets, while maintaining strong relationships with licensors and licensees.

The role requires leadership, strong sales credentials, and experience in licensing.

Qualifications

University degree or extensive professional experience.
3–5 years of experience in sales and brand management.
Track record of sales achievement.
Licensing experience advantageous.
Strong organizational, presentation and team leadership skills.
Fluency in Microsoft applications and database solutions.
Personable and diplomatic in handling clients.

Responsibilities

Category management responsibility by brand, country, or category, incl. quarterly targets and due diligence.
Perform category planning & reporting, pipeline building, forecasting and re-forecasting, market/brand reports.
Develop expertise to maximize performance and build brands.
Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with licensors’ policies; design business management calendar.
Report to supervisor on key initiatives and compliance.
Conduct regular business reviews with licensees to ensure product development and distribution channels.
Coordinate marketing calendars and retail programs with PLS marketing team.
Ensure licensees remit license fees and submit royalty reports on time.
