Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Level 1 Network Engineer to provide first-line support for enterprise networks in Singapore. You will monitor health, respond to incidents, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers to ensure SLA adherence.

You will work with monitoring tools, document configurations, and assist with routine network changes and installations under supervision. Fresh graduates with networking knowledge are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Network Engineering, Telecommunications or related discipline.
• Experience in Level 1/2 support environments preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong networking knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise network infrastructure and respond to alerts.
• Perform Level 1 diagnosis and basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/VPN issues.
• Escalate complex problems to Level 2/3 engineers and document progress.
• Support routine network changes (VLANs, ports, DHCP, firewall rules).
• Maintain accurate network documentation and SOPs.
