Job summary

NetLink Trust is hiring for an Operations, Implementation & Maintenance role in Singapore. The candidate will handle escalations, monitor networks, and support SOC/IT monitoring on a 12-hour rotating shift, with on-site duties at Seletar CO. No prior experience required as on-the-job training is provided.

Candidates should possess a NITEC or Diploma and demonstrate good communication, a positive mindset, and a willingness to learn in a buddy-system environment.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in any field.
• Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Attend to escalations from internal and external stakeholders
• Attend to 24/7 NOC phone line and emails
• Perform network monitoring and fault management
• Manage network outage notifications to customers
• Assist with daily SOC (Security Operations Centre) and IT monitoring duties
• Coordination of operation activities
• Layer 1 (fibre optic) network analysis and troubleshooting.
• Manage and respond to facility and security alarms.
• Timely response to incidents/ breaches within Central Office
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by supervisors
