Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
• Solid networking knowledge: routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VLAN, OSPF/BGP.
• Hands-on experience with routers and switches for troubleshooting.
• Ability to work under pressure and independent.
• Willingness to perform shift work and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage network incidents escalations from L1/L2 and handle incident, problem and security incident response.
• Collaborate with infra tower teams and network vendors to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems, minimizing business impact.
• Participate in conference calls with support teams for problem resolution.
• Adhere to customer processes and policies; work with minimal supervision.
